Given the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19, we've taken the decision to postpone this years event until Saturday 7th August, still at our home venue of The Heart of England Conference Centre in Meriden.
Anybody already signed up to the event will automatically have their entry transferred to the new date. Alternatively, you can transfer you entry to somebody else for no charge. This will enable for us to survive the current situation and ensure that Mud7 is around for years to come.
The Mudnificent 7 helped raise over £75,000 for local charities in 2019 and with even more charities getting on board for 2020, a target of £100,000 is not out of reach. These charities rely on challenge events and the fundraising support that they can raise from them, which is the reason we've taken the decision to postpone and not cancel the event. With so much cancelled already this year, Mud7 has become even more important to these charities.
It’s going to be an obstacle race course that takes place in summer. You will get very wet and muddy.
Footwear – A lot of people choose to wear lightweight trail running shoes but if you’re worried about damaging your trainers an old pair will do.
